Kia ora and welcome to the October issue of Polygon News. Over the past few months I've had the chance to work with some fantastic people. If you were one of those people, THANKYOU. It is through these kind of creative partnerships that Polygon can operate and continue to deliver the high standard of work that you, the client expect.

Between Tides out November.

The final proofs were approved last week for Between Tides, written by Dr. Damian Skinner on the work of New Zealand contemporary jeweller, Alan Preston. Polygon has been working closely with both artist and writer to create this 160 page fully illustrated book. Between Tides, published by Random House will be officially launched to coincide with Alan's exhibition at Auckland Museum in February 2008.

Kauri makes the connection.

Carey Park, an outdoor education and camping facility in the Waitakere Ranges, recently commissioned Polygon to design their new brand. With the aim of communicating their core values and marketing their beautiful location, Polygon developed the new brand around one of the camps strongest features, the native bush environment.

The Fairy Shop launches new sub-brand

Children's retail and party specialist, The Fairy Shop wanted to promote their new Cup Cake Day, where companies on Ponsonby Road can order cupcakes from the Fairy Shop and have them delivered to their workplace. Polygon recommended creating a sub-brand that would not only promote Cup Cake Day but also be a distinct identity for The Fairy Shop catering services.
